Don't care- my boobs bounce
Hi Diva Sluts <3
Welcome the 4th edition of SheMail aka an editorial for trans women aka the cuntiest email that will ever grace your inbox (move over James Clear)
First some BREAKING NEWS: I went on my first run since getting a breast aug and my Boobs BOUNCE- but you guys prolly don’t even care since you never respond to my emails 😔

My hypothesis was correct: when I run my breasts go ‘boing boing’
I won’t lie getting back into an active routine has been kind of annoying- mostly because my brain has become used to not working out. However- I’m making it my mission to get back into the swing of things so that I can be a good (enough) example to my community.
Buttttt if we’re being honest I ran one mile, got lazy and took pics (as seen above) and walked to Sephora which was another mile and a half away. I bought concealer (need) and lipgloss and lip liner (want).
On the way home I stopped for a glass of Rosé at Ellington in the Park where I justified the break by working on a social media post (which was received well). All this to say next time I run my aim is to actually run more, spend less, and not drink alcohol lmao.
Anyways sisters, without further ado let’s dive into this week’s newsletter

🔮 Energy of the Week Tarot Pull
Each week, I pull one card to tune into the underlying energy ahead. Tarot isn’t about predicting the future — it’s about checking in with your current timeline and gently steering your own ship.
The Wheel of Fortune

Deck: Queer Tarot by Ash & Chess
The Wheel of Fortune is illustrated by you guessed it a large golden wheel- inscribed with alchemical symbols representing mercury, sulfur, water, and salt—the building blocks of life and transformation.
On the wheel itself is a snake descending, and Anubis rising- representing the natural ups and downs of life. As the wheel continues to turn- what comes up inevitably comes down and vice versa.
Words Associated
Change
Cycles/Karma
Fate & Destiny
Unexpected Luck
Take a moment to reflect on your life, over time you may notice that some parts of your life are harder than others. The Wheel of Fortune is always turning. So if you’re in a tough spot right now, know that eventually it will get better!
BUT don’t get it twisted- your fate is still in your hands. If a situation has become dire because you willingly neglected it, you first pay the consequences (that’s when you realize you’re in a really bad situation) and then you have to do the work to unstuck yourself.
Sometimes in order for us to ride the Wheel of Fortune to the top again- we need to grease the wheel ourselves and put some muscle into changing our fate. So if that resonates with you, try something new, take control, and shake up your energy.
This could mean waking up extra early to send out resumes, it could mean spending a whole day on the phone to get your gender affirming care figured out, or it could mean sending the email or DM you’ve been to scared to!
Otherwise the jist of this card is- trust the divine timing you will have good times sooner than you think.
Something To Try- Angel Number Journaling Before Bed
Every night before bed I try to do something I like to call angel number journaling- over the last 6 months I’ve been seeing a lot of 444 which I’ve taken as a sign from the universe that I’m on the right path but feel free to use any number that resonates with you!

Anyways so the way I like to do Angel Number Journaling is…
4 Things on My To-Do List
I find that having only a few items on your To-Do List for the following day makes it easier for me to concentrate so normally I like to keep it at like 3-6 items and maybe there’s a few micro tasks under a main one.
I also always try to make room for something that will contribute to my overall wellbeing so yoga, a walk, or a run is crucial for my brain.
4 Things I’m Grateful For
I know everyone talks about gratitude lists but there’s a reason gratitude is so important- you’re actually rewiring your brain to be optimistic.
I know some phases of life are harder than others and I’m not saying gratitude will save you from a shitty situation but if you can find a pocket of appreciation in the sobering moments of life you’ll find things become a little more bearable.
And it doesn’t have to be crazy, I always just write the first things that come to my mind sometimes its my bed, sometimes its gratitude for my journey, and sometimes its gratitude for everyone who’s been supporting my dreams (yes I’m talking to you).
4 Affirmations
Affirmations are also super important for rewiring your subconscious in order to improve your self esteem and strengthen the relationship you have with yourself.
When you’re writing affirmations you always want them to be "I am statements” here are a few of my favorites…
I am a Bad Bitch
I am Crushing Life
I am a Literal Angel
I am a COOL TRANS GIRL
Feel free to use any of the above ;)
4 Big Goals
Okay lastly I will write down for of my biggest goals- sometimes I write goals that are still a few years away sometimes its one I think I can get this year- like hitting a 100k on instagram. Either way though, these goals tend to be my North Star :)
4444
Take this angel number as a sign that you’re on the right path, the number 4 is all about building solid foundations in order to create stability in your life.
4444 Angel Number Journaling not only sets you up for success for the following day but also makes sure you’re in the proper mindset when you go to sleep, by feeding your subconscious gratitude, affirmations, and reminding yourself what your big goals are you are primed for manifesting in your sleep.
Respond to this email and let me know what you think of Angel Number Journaling and if you feel called to give it a try <3
🎀 Cool Trans Girl of the Week- Meet CTG Kara

About CTG Kara
I remember the day I came across Kara’s Instagram—the algorithm gods brought me to her page like a little digital offering. Her bio read: “Trans Dating & Relationship Coach.”
Immediate follow.
Because let’s be honest—dating as a trans woman sometimes feels like being a kid at the zoo that fell into a monkey habitat. Half the singles pool are chasers, the other half are emotionally unavailable, and the rest? I mean I don’t have to say much .
And in the middle of it all are trans girls just trying to figure out what love even looks like when most people—sometimes including ourselves—don’t know how to treat us.
That’s where CTG Kara comes in.
She’s the host of Relation Sis, a dating podcast for trans femmes that’s part big sister advice column, part red flag survival guide, part late-night FaceTime with your most self-aware friend. She has videos on YouTube like “Chaser vs Trans-Attracted,” “How to Stop Settling,” and “Signs He’s Not Emotionally Safe” feel like love letters to every girl who's ever romanticized a walking trauma response. (Been there.)

I reached out to Kara recently—partly because we’re orbiting similar spheres, building platforms for trans women that combine truth, empowerment, and economic survival. And partly because I just wanted to know the girl behind the advice.
When I talked to her, she had just gotten back from Coachella—chic. She’s based in LA, and like most of us trans femmes, has had a few thousand past lives. Actress, comedian, influencer, coach. She’s lived them all. Now, she’s focused on building something deeper: trans dating literacy. And that’s not just hot—it’s revolutionary.
We laughed about how being a trans creator often means being a self-help guru, part-time comedian, unpaid therapist, and brand strategist all in one.
CTG Kara gets it. She’s not here to offer toxic positivity or polished platitudes. She’s here to offer tools. She’s here to remind us that we are allowed to want more.
Dating as a trans woman often feels like improv without a script—we’re not just looking for love, we’re rewriting what it even looks like. Kara isn’t just offering advice. She’s offering permission. To stop settling. To set boundaries. To believe that real love includes us, not despite who we are—but because of it.
Cool Trans Girl of the Week isn’t just about spotlighting cool girls. It’s about building a new blueprint for what power looks like in a trans femme world.
And Kara? She’s one of the architects.

Kara, What does being a Cool Trans Girl mean to you?
“To me, being a Cool Trans Girl means taking our power back in love.
It means refusing to settle—for crumbs, for shame, or for silence.
It’s about carving out a life where we get to love and be loved, on our terms.”
Kara isn’t just talking about love—she’s building a world where trans women get to experience it fully, safely, and without apology. She recently released a free 40-page ebook on dating as a trans woman, packed with tools, mindset shifts, and real talk every girl needs before getting back on the apps.
Follow CTG Kara on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for more insights, advice, and big sister realness—you don’t have to navigate dating alone, and you never have to settle.
Because being a Cool Trans Girl means taking our power back.

This Weeks Tea- Trans News
From courtrooms to community wins- here’s what went down in trans news this week. Sources: @queernewsdaily and at @erininthemorning

Arizona Republicans Tried It—Katie Hobbs Said “BFFR”
Last Friday, Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs vetoed three anti-trans bills after the state’s GOP lawmakers decided they hadn’t done enough harm to trans people yet. The bills were part of an ongoing legislative campaign to make being trans in Arizona bureaucratically impossible and spiritually exhausting.
Here’s the rundown:
• HB 2438 would’ve banned trans folks from updating their birth certificates—yes, even after surgery.
• SB 1694 would’ve pulled funding from any Arizona college offering classes that mention “gender identity.”
• SB 1256 would’ve blocked state agencies from protecting queer and trans people with nondiscrimination policies.
Basically, they tried to make existing illegal. Again.
Governor Hobbs vetoed all of them and said, “These bills don’t help anyone,” which is political speak for “be serious.”
She’s also vetoed a bill this year that would’ve erased trans people from legal recognition entirely. (Fun!) And she’s issued executive orders banning conversion therapy and guaranteeing state employee access to gender-affirming care.
My Personal Take:
These bills aren’t about “protecting integrity” or “academic neutrality.” They are about erasing us from every space possible: public, legal, educational, and spiritual.
But the good news? One person with power—in this case, a Democrat with veto authority—can stop a legislative nightmare.
This is why voting matters. This is why we keep showing up- also thank Katie Hobbs tag her on social <3
SCOTUS Greenlights Trans Military Ban—Because Apparently It’s 2017 Again
Pete Hegseth says no more pronouns or “woke-ness” belong in the US Military
On Tuesday, the Supreme Court quietly gave the go-ahead for the Trump-era ban on transgender military service to take effect—despite lower courts having already found it blatantly unconstitutional.
So yeah. That’s happening.
The policy—which claims trans people are too “dishonorable” and “undisciplined” to serve—was challenged and blocked by multiple judges for being soaked in animus, unsupported by data, and soaked again in more animus. But the Supreme Court? They said “carry on,” and now the military has immediate permission to start discharging trans service members just for existing.
Yes, just for being trans.
Three justices—Kagan, Sotomayor, and Jackson—dissented. Everyone else gave the green light. The ruling sends the case back to the Ninth Circuit, but the damage is already allowed to begin.
Thousands of soldiers may lose their jobs, housing, and healthcare. Military readiness will suffer. And we all get another reminder that constitutional protections for trans people are paper-thin in this country.
My Personal Take:
The ban is explicitly dehumanizing—quoting policy that says trans people cannot be “honorable” or “truthful.” It’s the kind of language you use when you want to justify cruelty. It’s not subtle. It’s not vague. It’s policy designed to humiliate us.
The Court’s decision is temporary on paper, but permanent in impact. Because once people lose their livelihoods, it’s not reversible. This is soft exile, and it’s happening with government approval.
State Police “Raid” Pittsburgh Drag Show Mid-Performance—And the Queens Sang Anyway
Mother, Amanda Lepore was at P Town Bar during the raid
On Friday night in Pittsburgh, what was supposed to be a joyful night of queer celebration turned into a surreal moment of state-backed disruption when 20+ police officers and undercover agents stormed P Town Bar—an LGBTQ venue mid-drag show.
The timing? Peak dramatic irony. The raid began mid-Bohemian Rhapsody, and the performer—Blade Matthews—did not stop.
“They made the cops wait for the entire song,” one attendee said- Literally ICONIC.
The police claimed it was a “compliance check,” but no one could ignore the scale, the energy, or the optics. Cops stood in bulletproof vests while queens were forced out into the rain—patrons confused, performers stunned, no clear explanation given.
Only 70 people were allowed back in. Others stood outside and watched as cops asked Amanda Lepore for selfies. Yes, really.
Meanwhile, host Indica led the crowd in a defiant a cappella performance of Pink Pony Club on the sidewalk, turning forced displacement into protest.
My Personal Take:
This wasn’t “just a compliance check.” This was state-sanctioned intimidation in a queer space during a drag show—something that hasn’t felt this familiar since the 1980s.
And yet—what did the queens do?
They sang. They protected each other. They kept the vibe alive. This is what queer resistance looks like.
